Allow for a testing Investec bank account to be allocated to each Dev.

Allow for simulated transactions to be generated on the account for testing purposes (similar to the simulation capability for card transactions, which is awesome).

This will get around the difficulty of demonstrating functionality with one's personal live banking transactions.
